SolProtec
is an innovative, dynamic and progressive
company dedicated to producing the best
quality, most esthetically looking shade
products on the market.
Our
shade sail systems are designed and
engineered to withstand the harshest
of conditions prevalent in many North
American areas.
SolProtec
has sold numerous exciting and complex
shade structures throughout North America
since commencement in 2005. All of our
products are made Overseas under strict
quality control where only the best materials
are used in our shade structures.
Most UV stabilized HDPE (High Density
Polyethylene) shade fabrics carry a 5-year
manufacturer's limited warranty against
UV degradation. This means most structures
should last a minimum of 8 to 12 years
under normal conditions.
A
SHADE SAIL® IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION
FOR YOU IF...
|
-
Children
have a pool or sand pit they want
to enjoy during the sun's burning
hours.
-
Your entertainment areas, like
decks, barbecues and patios, are
places where you want to relax
from the sun and heat.
|
 |
 |
-
The sun makes an outside area
too hot to be enjoyed, or you
have to move indoors to avoid
sunburn.
|
-
Curtains or blinds
need to be drawn to protect precious
furnishings and rugs from sun's fading
rays.
-
There are special plants that need shelter
from the sun.
- There
is an unsightly object, such as a power
transformer, that you want to screen
off.
-
Your outside areas are overlooked by
neighbors, and you require some privacy.
Remember last summer? ... Outdoors events
that exposed you to the cancer causing
ultraviolet rays of the summer sun. Hot,
humid, overheated classrooms.
High
heat or UV levels can put your health
at risk, hot environments and exposure
to UV are not conducive to healthy living.
Educational facilities today often are
prefabricated or built without considering
the effects of the sun's harmful UV rays.
Where are the eaves and porches of yesteryear?
Gone to reduce building costs!
Improving
the shade provided within building structures
is expensive, but the need is clear. Purpose
built shade areas at school and other
sun smart initiatives go a long way towards
providing the environment needed to reduce
exposure to the sun's harmful UV rays
and, as a byproduct, by reducing your
exposure to UV, a healthier living environment.
